This mid-20th century, partially restored, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, stand alone, single family home located directly on the beach in the San Juan area, on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico is available. If you rent the Beach House for at least 7 nights, we will also help you pay for your rental car. The spacious grounds are shaded by Mango, Sea-grape, Coconut, and other indigenous trees. The space The 2,200 square foot house, located 20 minutes east of the San Juan Airport, is simply furnished for comfort, convenience, and relaxed living. You won't believe our closeness to beach, and the mesmerizing sound of the waves at night. Outside stairs lead to a large, partially covered rooftop sun deck, with breathtaking views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets, and, on a clear day, the Rain Forest and mountains. our Beach House is an older building that we are constantly improving . We invite you to enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access The spacious grounds are accessible through keyed and remote controlled gates , and are wonderfully shaded by Mango, Sea-grape, Coconut, Australian Pine, and other indigenous trees. A large gazebo in the garden area has a running water sink, an outside shower, and bench seating for up to 15 people. Other things to note SeaHorse Waters Beach House is easy to find just 20 minutes from the San Juan Airport; 15 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest; 30 minutes east of Old San Juan and west of Fajardo; 10 minutes from major shopping venues, including a Super Walmart and an Outlet Mall; and next door to the Malibu Beachfront Apartments in the artistic & historic Town of Loiza. Spanish Colonial Forts, shops, museums, restaurants, and ferries to off-shore islands are all easily accessible by car within 30 minutes from the beach house.
