Town house "La Casa 25".

Rural house more than 100 years old that was used as an old barn and stable and that the Pallàs-Meseguer family has renovated, respecting the original materials, restoring furniture and spaces in an artisanal way and preserving its history and personality. Spacious and quiet, La Casa 25 is located in Foz-Calanda, a quiet and rural town of a hundred inhabitants, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities but close to picturesque places and hiking areas. (Minimum groups: 4 people) The space La Casa 25 is a large and spacious house, which has 5 double bedrooms. The rental makes the two main floors of the house available to guests, which also has two bathrooms, two kitchens and a patio that provides bikes for adults and the little ones in the house. In addition, with prior notice, we can make a crib, high chair and child protection available to our guests. The house has been completely renovated and the furniture restored in an artisanal way. It has hot water, a wood stove, heating in the rooms, two recently renovated kitchens and all the appliances you could want. The patio is renovated to serve as a play area for the little ones and for summer dinners with friends, and the built-in barbecue can be used. Guest access The main bedrooms are located on the ground floor and first floor of the house. On both floors there is a full kitchen available to guests with oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as plates and cutlery and coffee machines in which we make complimentary coffee capsules available to our guests for breakfast. They also have a full bathroom. On the ground floor is the patio where there is a dryer room, a full XL barbecue, bicycles at guests' disposal and tables and chairs for outdoor barbecues.
