Apartment for 4+2, recently renovated, located in the old historic center of the town with alleys and ancient fountains, in a slightly hilly position, in the middle of the mountains and close to lakes. Free parking by the house, bars and shops 2 minutes walking. Tione, between Garda Lake (45 min) and Madonna di Campiglio (30 min), at the crossroads of Val Rendena and the Valli del Chiese. 15 min from Comano Terme, Pinzolo – Campiglio (150 km of slopes), Lake Roncone (10 min). The space The apartment " HOUSE 3 FOUNTAINS" consists of an entrance, an open space divided into a well-equipped kitchen and dining area and a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, massage chair, satellite TV, high-speed wi-fi, a desk for working (280 mbps in download!! and 50 mbps in upload), balcony overlooking a quiet square with a view of the mountains and the ski slope, surrounded by 3 ancient fountains with large pools of water. Double bedroom in which a cot can be added, bedroom with 2 single or joined beds, sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with tub and washing machine. Upon request it is possible to provide a cot for children aged 0-3 years. Oriented to the south-east and is located on one side with the entrance on the ground floor and on the other on the 1st floor which makes it easily and comfortably accessible. A large cellar room is available on the ground floor to store your ski equipment or bikes. Free parking under the house. The bars, shops and restaurants are a 3-minute walk away, the supermarket and the bus station are a 5-minute walk away (free with the Guest card) for various towns on the Trento - Pinzolo/Madonna di Campiglio line.
