The space ‘The BOHO Retreat’ is ideally located, minutes from Lunenburg and Mahone Bay. A car would be recommended (winter time) as The Boho Retreat is a few kms from each town (5km-lunenburg, 10km -Mahone bay) . Biking or walking to either town in summer is a lovely way to travel into the towns . ‘The bay to bay trail’ situated opposite the property. Perfect for morning run/walk/bike through nature :) ‘Sunny brook mill market’ is a few minutes walk along the oceanfront , to pick up a few local delicacies, whilst enjoying the views of the farm animals and seafront. Guest access Each guest has access to the entire loft (tv room,-Netflix provided, kitchenette -small apartment size fridge/microwave/Keurig coffee maker/electric kettle/toaster provided, bathroom-walk in shower/toilet/sink, bedroom-queen bed, private deck -seating area and table. High speed internet/air conditioner. Experience nature with beautiful trails on the opposite side of the driveway. There is parking on-site for one vehicle. Visit lakes/beaches with a 5 to 10 minute driving distance. Other things to note This is a loft conversion . Therefore you will find sloped ceilings . The queen bed has sloped ceilings on both sides. There is no kitchen. A microwave, apartment sized fridge/toaster/kettle/coffee machine etc awaits you… (no hob/stove/range etc). The loft apartment is on one level, therefore no stairs in the building. However, the apartment is situated on the second floor, so you will need to use the exterior staircase to access the apartment (20 steps in total). There is no wardrobe/storage for clothes/suitcases. There are luggage racks (2) under the bed . There are a flock of ‘enclosed’ chickens nearby so you may hear them in the distance :) There is a private residence located approximately 100ft adjacent to The Boho Retreat. There are also two other suites on the same property. All private, but within close proximity . No smoking of any kind is permitted on property due to respecting others . Thank you You will find the odd ant/asian lady beetle/spider trying to move in with you, periodically… this is rural Nova Scotia, backing onto forest/woodland. This is an ‘animal free’ property.
