The space We have 2 private rooms one has its bathroom inside the room the other full bathroom is leaving the second room. We have a living room , cable TV in the stay , dining room , kitchen with refrigerator , freezer , freezer, stove, oven , microwave oven, microwave oven, blender, air fryer, electric pitcher, kitchen battery, tableware , glasses , utensils . We have an A/C in the two bedrooms and in the stay . We are on the 2nd floor and we have an elevator from the lobby . Security guard 24/7 . Guest access To the entire apartment and condo after the 2nd night . Other things to note We are not responsible if common areas such as pool , gym, etc . Be out of service or under maintenance during your stay as that depends 100% on condominium management. We do not have parking but if needed we can ask you one in advance to coordinate it. There are rules in common areas that must be followed . How not to have parties in the pool , do not drink alcoholic beverages in the common areas including the pool . No smoking anywhere in the condominium , parties or gatherings are not allowed. Visits are conditioned, you have to request permission to receive them .
