The studio is new and fully equipped. The double bed is 180 cm wide. Plenty of free parking available in the immediate vicinity. It is possible to rent a dedicated parking space. Access and loading facilities right in front of the apartment 3-minute walk to the tram (Badener Bahn, 7-minute intervals); travel time to Vienna city center/Opera: 45 minutes. Travel time by car is approximately 20–30 minutes. A supermarket, hairdresser, newsagent, restaurant, and a park are all within 100 meters!!! The ticket in Vienna area is available as a 7-day (€15.7) or 31-day ticket (€52.6) and can be booked from any starting point. Please enter the stations from "Vösendorf-Siebenhirten" to "Wiener Neudorf Bahnhof" when booking. In addition, you need a 7-day (€19) or 31-day card (€51.00) for the core zone in Vienna. It can also be booked here from any starting point With these two tickets you can use all public transport in Vienna and the surrounding area. Bike rental: You can rent bicycles at the municipal office just across the property. On request and subject to availability, you can also use one of my free bicycles or my e-scooter.
