In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything your heart desire to prepare delicious dishes. Oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwashers are available as well as a fridge-freezer combination. The living area is inviting for relaxation. The apartment has 1 bedroom, which is equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 meter bed. The sofa can be folded out and offers a sleeping area of 1.40 x 2.00 meters for another person. From the living room you can access the balcony. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are provided through the community of owners or the building management.
