However, if you have a cold, fever, or are unwell, it is recommended to avoid using the hot springs. Especially in the case of high fever, the hot springs may cause physical exhaustion, so please avoid bathing. The natural hot springs at this facility are divided into open-air hot springs and indoor hot springs. However, the water temperature of the open-air hot spring is significantly reduced in winter due to natural factors. Although water can be heated, the ideal temperature may not be reached due to water volume limitations. Therefore, we recommend using indoor hot springs in winter. Alternatively, you can use the open-air hot spring as a cold spring to cool down. The temperature of the hot spring can be adjusted by tap water, but during the winter, be sure to turn on the "water heater" before use. * Other: If we find that the supplies in the room are damaged or dirty, you will be charged for repairs or cleaning. * When you take a hot spring bath in Hakone, onsen tax will be applied.
