This cozy house is nestled on a 2 acre pond, surrounded by nature, yet a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Waxhaw…restaurants, antique shops, breweries, coffee shops, as well as a museum! You are invited to come and relax, enjoy an infra-red Sauna session in the 4 seater Cedar Sauna, or row in the boat (with the provided life jackets), sit around the camp fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, grill, or simply walk to the town! The space Each bedroom and the livingroom is equipped with a Roku Smart TV. You can simply log into your own viewing apps- Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc Guest access Guests have the use and privacy of the house. Other things to note The body of water the home sits on is 2 acres and is @ 15 feet deep at the main basin. We refer to it as a Pond- however there are no pond prompts on Airbnb- only lake prompts. So welcome to our Pond/Lake! 😊 Enjoy the View from the deck or go for a row in a boat anytime from dawn until dusk, using one of the provided life jackets. However, swimming is prohibited. 🚫 Please note there are times that mother nature is not amenable for row boating, paddle boating, or canoeing. At times, the water table is too low to get in the pond and other times inclement weather is a preventative.
