This isn't a rental property, but an intentionally curated home – possibly yours for a while – that I've spent seven years loving and living in. The building, one of the most iconic residential properties in London, features a 24hr concierge and fully-equipped gym with an extensive array of cardio and weight machines, free weights, a kickboxing studio, and sauna and steam room (see more at Hitio Hoxton). You'll be at the heart of London's creative scene, minutes from the tech startup hub, innumerable cafes, galleries, markets, bars and restaurants, e.g.: - Broadway Market (25-min walk) - Shoreditch House (17-min walk) - Columbia Rd Flower Market (20-min walk) - De Beauvoir Town (7-min walk) There's a fully-stocked grocery store on the ground level of the building, and four organic grocery stores within a 15-min walk. Whether you’re a digital nomad forging connections in the city’s tech scene or a local transitioning between abodes, if you're a kindred spirit with similar values, I'm confident you'll be welcome and happy in my home. Guest access My home will be yours while you're there. You'll have exclusive access to the virtually the entire space during your stay, except for the closet in the office where my personal effects are stored. Other things to note The gym is located in the North Studio and is operated under the brand Hitio Hoxton. The rates are super affordable and flexible. The proprietor, Tim, is lovely. I have absolutely no problem if you want to have people over – that's part of what home is for – but there's obviously a distinction between a few visitors and a party, and I'll trust you to remain on the right side of that line. There are absolutely no cameras in the apartment. I'm close with the concierge team, having lived in the building for so long. They're aware of my wishes regarding parties and that's enough for me. They're good guys. So long as you treat my home with care, you'll have no issues with them. In the winter the cushions and pillows for the outdoor sofa are stored because, well, it's winter :)
