This single floor villa sports and our most spacious bathroom, our largest front door entrance and a uniquely designed back patio facing the mangroves. These specific design choices along with the entrance ramp have allowed this villa to also be ADA accessible for guests with disabilities. The space Tiny Village Cartagena is a boutique tiny house resort nestled on the island of Tierra Bomba — less than a 15 minute boat ride from Cartagena’s City center. Our site boasts 10 beautifully designed Tiny Villas designed to replicate the Spanish Colonial Architecture that makes Cartagena such a world famous city. The property is located on a magically peaceful and hidden piece of land that is surrounded 3 sides by water, and just a minute walk from the shore of the Caribbean Sea. Here you’ll enjoy a pool, full bar, lounge, roof deck with views of the city and the island, and even an open air calisthenics gym. Each of our Tiny Villas are equipped with room for 2-5 people, bathroom, private back patio overlooking mangroves in a beautiful tiny house designed to be mirror the historical Spanish colonial architecture that has made Cartagena famous. Our “Tiny Villas” were thoughtfully designed using tiny house design principles to be spacious without taking up too much space . The bed design helps creates a functional space resulting in 4 distinct spaces in each villa — bedroom, the living room, the bathroom area, and the back outdoor patio. Each villa comes with a large 10ft x 10ft outdoor patio space that is perfect for reading a book in the morning while enjoying a view of the mangroves and natural environment, or comfortably hanging out with friends at night. One of the core concepts of Tiny Village Cartagena is the idea of each Tiny Villa being unique. Each villa has 5 unique elements that allows them to all be unique: exterior color, window color, door color, door knocker and a custom wall mural, one of the staples of Cartagena’s art culture. Each mural depicts distinct themes of Cartagena life and the city. Guest access All guest have full access to the installations on the Tiny Village Cartagena property, including" - Pool: A beautiful pool with Jacuzzi - Viewing deck: A viewing deck with 360 views of the city and islands. Enjoying amazing sunrises, sunsets, city views, and stargazing. - Bar: Full bar area available for use and/or bar service available up - Kitchen: Breakfast included with every reservation -- lunch, dinner and snacks can be provided upon request. - Beaches: Beaches within walking distance. A peaceful, less than 15 minute ride through Cartagena’s beautiful bay, you’ll go from the city passing the stunning skyline of Castillogrande and then Bocagrande. In less than 10 minutes you’ll arrive to our property on the Island of Tierra Bomba. Our local transportation partners provide the service for $50,000 COP (about $13 USD) way per reservation. If you need help with nighttime transport, we can help you with that— just let us know! During your stay, we also offer our guests access our premium boat service to go back and forth to Cartagena at your convenience.
