Surrounding are theaters, museums, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty salon, etc. Taxis and municipal transportation to beaches, tourist attractions, the airport, and other regions pass by the door. The Apart hotel offers excellent leisure infrastructure. A large swimming pool on the ground floor with a sun guard and sun loungers. Through an inclined plane or stairs, we have access to the sea, Todos os Santos Bay, where Mahi-Mahi (bar and restaurant) is located with a "deck," two other smaller pools, and a snail-shaped slide. Bed and bath linens are changed every 5 days. Reservations of 5 days or less will not be changed. For weekly reservations, the change is made once a week. In the kitchen there is a sign to put on the door when you want cleaning. It's a basic cleaning, maid service, does not include dishwashing. If you don't want it, just put up the side that says: do not disturb. - For short-term rentals, electricity consumption is included up to the limit of R$ 20.00 per day, in monthly rentals it is included up to R$ 400.00. If the guest exceeds this limit, they must pay for the difference. Access is only allowed until the day before check-out. - No parties, or loud music inside the apartment or in the common areas; - In common areas, it is forbidden to use drugs, play loud music, speak loudly, and any other inappropriate behavior that may disturb the neighbors. The owner reserves the right to call the police in the event of a scandal and complaint from neighbors. Failure to follow the rules may result in guests being expelled and the reservation being terminated without any refund. - Do not throw objects such as cotton, sanitary pads or tissues into the toilet. If, due to misuse, the guest clogs the toilet, he or she must pay for the unclogging. - No smoking inside the apartment. If the guest does not respect this rule, he/she must pay a deodorization fee of R$ 400.00 - Be careful with wine and other liquids on the sofa and beds, - Bedding damaged by hair dye, makeup, grease and others will be charged at check-out. - Please leave the key at the reception whenever you leave, in case of loss we will charge a fee of R$150.00 CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: - Check-in starts at 2 p.m. The guest must pick up the key at the reception. If the guest arrives before 2 p.m. and the apartment is already available, check-in can be brought forward by up to 4 hours at no additional cost. - Minors under the age of 18 may only stay with their parents or legal guardian. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS Check-out ends at 11 a.m., after which time you can leave your luggage in the luggage room at no additional cost. We have the option of late check-out until 6 p.m. at a cost of R$160.00 (this is only possible if there is no guest arriving the same day). Holiday and high season rates should be consulted.
