The space The Terraço house has en-suite rooms divided on the first floor of the house. On the first floor, we also have an extra collective bathroom and a balcony with a sea view, with hammocks for relaxation and spaces for socializing. On the second floor is a large terrace. In it is the shared kitchen with all the necessary utensils to make your meals: stove, sink, oven, pots, etc. There is also a shower and barbecue grill. Great place to spend the day, dine with a sea view, have a barbecue or have a beer. Open to your leisure. The house is located in the upper part of the city. Close to the transportation point, varied markets, pharmacies and warehouses. It is 4 minutes from the beach of the Manguezal restaurant and 13 minutes from Praia do Forte, Fonte da Bica and the historic city center. Guest access The access that allows free transit in the house is on the first and second floors. The ground floor is for passage only. During your stay We are very communicative. I am a historian and I know the tourist spots very well. I can help you with all the leisure spots and explain historical facts if you want. My mother Délia is also super welcoming and is almost always present to help you. Our cats will also interact with you. They are quite calm and will not bother you.
