This updated one bedroom w/ queen bed one bath villa has a full kitchen & stocked coffee/tea bar. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The back patio has views of century old Live Oak Tree, waterfall, gardens, hammock & pool. Let your pup play in the fenced dog area. The space Single story villa with a bedroom (queen sized bed), kitchen, living room and bathroom. There's a pull out queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. You have your own front and back patio with propane grill. There is a dedicated dog area in the fenced in backyard and also a park and riverwalk right across the street that is perfect to walk your dog and catch the sunsets. Guest access Your private villa along with pool, courtyard, gardens, guest laundry and dog area. The outside spaces, including the pool, are shared amongst 3 villas. Other things to note We provide beach gear (coolers, chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels) also fishing gear and bicycles. We also provide all linens, soaps and laundry soaps. We want you to feel you're at home when you stay with us. We have ample parking for your boat- just let me know at booking please:) PET OWNERS!! We welcome your pet but PLEASE make sure to include them in your reservation so the pet fee ($60) is paid. No matter the size, age or behavior they will leave hair, dirt and drool.
