The adjacent kitchen will delight the chef of your group with its suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and an in-kitchen dining table. With multiple dining spots to enjoy, rest assured that family-style meals will come with ease. The primary bedroom will quickly become your own special haven with its private balcony access, vaulted ceilings, and large TV. The additional three bedrooms are just as inviting with their warm wood finishes, soft linens, and hints of lakeside living. With creature comforts like a private washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and internet access - your every need is met. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Dock is not usable for boats or jet skis. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
