This cozy but spacious small apartment is located on the outskirts of the Linz district of Alturfahr, with an idyllic village character and inviting gastronomy on the Danube, all within walking distance. The tram terminal of lines 3 and 4 is less than 5 minutes from the property. From here, Linz Central Station and almost all points of the city can be reached by public transport. The space Red Comfort Retreat is a newly built and modernly equipped, cozy small apartment in which the following is available for the guest: Double bed, bathroom with spacious shower, smart TV, small kitchen with microwave, induction double hot plate, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of tea and coffee. Furthermore, electrically operated shutters and permanent room ventilation - therefore, opening the very well insulated windows is not necessary. If needed, tokens for washing machine and dryer are provided free of charge. Also on the same floor, just steps from the apartment, is a fire extinguisher. Bicycle travelers (Danube Cycle Path) can park their bikes in the courtyard. Other things to note Check-in is possible 24/7 from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Autonomous check-in information will be sent 1-2 days prior to arrival. Check-out is also possible around the clock. Key back in the lockbox. For car travelers: we cannot offer private parking. However, there are public permanent parking spaces in the surrounding area, as well as those with variable parking duration. More details on this after arrival. For the safety of our guests, the entire entrance area of the house is under video surveillance. No smoking and no parties inside the entire property! Customer visits are not allowed! The whole house is free of gas. We are connected to the district heating system of the city of Linz.
