Located in the Tormarancia Ardeatino neighbourhood, my apartment offers a serene atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness and modern comforts, ideal for those who want to relax after a day of exploration. Guest access During your stay, you will have full access to all the common areas of the house: Equipped kitchen: You can use the induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. Shared bathroom: The toilet is shared with the owner, but is cleaned and disinfected every day to ensure maximum hygiene. Comfortable living room: An ideal space to relax and enjoy the TV or read a book. Private room: Equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and a cosy environment for maximum comfort. During your stay I am the owner and live in the apartment, but I am often away for work during the day. This means that you will be able to enjoy all the tranquillity and privacy you need. I am always available to answer questions, provide advice on the city, or help with any needs during your stay. Even if I am away on a trip, I will be reachable and ready to support you until the last day of your stay.
