Room in the heart of San Giovanni, Porta Metronia

GREAT LOCATION, near Circo Massimo and Colosseum, and Porta Metronia metro. Our apartment (we only rent the double room) is located in the heart of San Giovanni, with excellent transport connections. with bus 628, stop under the house, which takes you directly to the centre with very few stops; Line A metro, San Giovanni/Re di Roma Line C, Metronia Station, 5 minutes from the accommodation; the Colosseum is just one stop away. It’s an excellent base for exploring this wonderful city. The space The room is located inside my apartment, where I normally live. Guests will have a private room with a private bathroom. The apartment is not a hotel but a private home, cosy and lived-in, perfect for those looking for a more authentic and peaceful experience. The kitchen is not available for cooking, but an espresso machine and a kettle are provided. ✅️Shared house ✅️ Private bathroom ❌️No use of the kitchen Guest access Upon your arrival, I will be there to welcome you for the delivery of the keys and for practical explanations. The room has a private key lock. The building has a caretaker, there is an elevator. I live in the apartment, the bathroom is private. During your stay For anything, I can be contacted via message on the Airbnb app. Check-in time is preferably from 5:00 p.m. onwards. Upon arrival, remember to have a registration document on hand. Document registration is a formality required by Italian law. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to accommodate our cleaning team, who will arrive shortly thereafter. If you need to check out later, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate your needs. Other things to note The area is central and very popular, being adjacent to several clubs, so it is also safe for those who want to return late in the evening.
