Note: 30 Day Minimum The space The 2400sqft main house was built in 1954 with recent renovations completed in 2020. The master has a California king bed & en-suite bath. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, vaulted timber ceiling, desk and large windows with a garden view. Bedroom #2 has a double bed, small desk and pool view. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with a Wolf pro-style range, Sub Zero fridge, marble countertops with waterfall island, brushed gold fixtures throughout and a La Cantina folding door system that opens entirely to the backyard patio for a true indoor/outdoor experience. Family room has a brick fireplace, Samsung Frame TV with Art Mode & soundbar, vaulted timber ceiling with sandblasted texture & private patio with tree top views. The separate 400sqft guest house also has a folding door system that opens to the pool deck and has its own bathroom, mini fridge & bar, pull-out sofa bed & desk/work space, also serving as the yoga & meditation studio. Grab a drink from the guest house bar and step right onto the Ipe wood deck built around a new Hotspring spa in a serene, private setting, placed strategically to soak while stargazing the legendary Ojai night sky. Kids will enjoy the ping pong table, tetherball, basketball hoop, pool toys & surfboards for the beaches in nearby Ventura. The pergola-covered outdoor dining patio has a Traeger grill and custom-made stone fireplace with pizza oven. Cool off in your own private pool on the hot summer days. Pick your own veggies from the garden & enjoy the seasonal fruit varieties, or head downtown for produce from local farms at the weekly Ojai Farmers Market. On your way back stop by the famous Barts Books, the worlds largest outdoor bookstore. Enjoy 5 star dining, cafes & live music, all within a short distance from the house. Guest access Guests will enjoy private access to the entire 1.1 acre estate including the main house, guest house & 2 car garage. Guests will not have access to the small barn on the north end of the property.
