The space Please be advised that although the listing states that the house accommodates up to 4 adults, our listed price is for 2 adults. Visits with guests that exceed 2 persons are subject to an additional $10.00 per person per night fee. We recently upgraded the full size bed to a queen size bed in the primary bedroom. This was based on request from previous guests who would prefer a bit more comfortable sleeping arrangements. We do offer a 10% discount for bookings of one week or longer and a 20% discount for bookings of one month or longer. We currently do not offer booking discounts for specific trades. If you would like or need to request early check-in or delayed check-out time(s), please do so during your booking request. It can be very difficult for us to accommodate these requests if the requests are made within a day or two of arrival or departure. We try to schedule our lives around the needs of our guests and our personal availability, so we will be much more able to agree to certain requests if we can plan for them ahead of time. Although we are pet friendly, please indicate that you'll be bringing your pet (and what type it is) when booking as there is an additional cleaning fee ($50.00 per visit per pet, If you request additional pets, we will request additional fee(s)). We strive to provide you and subsequent guests with a clean, comfortable environment. Please note that guests are expected to crate, cage or kennel their pets if they leave their pets at the house alone. Guests are also expected to clean up after their pets both inside and outside prior to departure. We have recently purchased a new playpen for guests with babies to use if traveling with your own is too inconvenient. Please let us know if you would like to request the use of the playpen so that we can leave it accessible for you. Convenient concrete ramp from driveway to (32") back door for ease of access through combination lock steel door (please let us know if you have a 4 digit door lock preference and we'll do our best to accommodate).. Grab handles securely anchored to 2 x 10's in walls of the tub/shower unit for security and safety. For your peace of mind, all bed linens (blankets, sheets, pillow cases, etc.) are thoroughly washed in a sanitizing washin cycle immediately after each guest departure. All mattresses, mattress covers and beds are sprayed with sanitizing spray after each departure as well. Full kitchen with combination (conventional/K-Cup) coffee maker, new refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser in door and ice maker, full size range/oven, dishwasher, air fryer, pots, pans and utensils. Please only use the provided dishwashing pods provided under the kitchen sink in the cabinet. Please do not use regular dish soap in the dishwasher as this creates a huge opportunity to deal with. Full bath includes main floor step-free access, extra large vanity with storage and hamper, grab bars securely mounted to 2 x 10's in wall of the bathtub/shower for your comfort and security and we have recently upgraded the washer and dryer to a new, full size stacked unit. Living room includes new sofa style dining table with your choice of padded seat chairs or padded stools with extra storage in seats, new comfortable full size couch, free DirecTV, reclining swivel/rocker, coat rack/umbrella stand and tray tables. Bedroom 1 includes small closet and TV, and both bedrooms include dressers, latching doors for privacy, alarm clocks and privacy/light blocking shades. Extra dedicated work space in partial basement. Partial basement has desk, TV, and full size couch that converts to a queen size bed. Mattress topper, pillows, sheets and blankets are all stored in the convenient lift up lounge section. Great space for getting away to get work done, or lounging, snoozing and playing video games. We recently purchased a queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guests upstairs. There are also 3 additional cots (one with mattress is more like a small folding bed) available if extra sleeping space is needed for children or young adults. Small concrete front porch with combination lock steel front door (please let us know if you have a 4 digit door lock preference and we'll do our best to accommodate). Large back screened porch is ideal for 3 seasons of outdoor picnic or lounging activities. Concrete patio space between house and screened porch is equipped with outdoor cafe style dinette set with umbrella, weather permitting. Free high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet included. Again, although we are pet friendly, we require that all pets are house broken and are crated if left in the house without the guest being present. Please let us know when booking if you intend to bring your pet(s) with you. It helps us to better prepare for a comfortable stay for you and your pet. We prefer that guests limit themselves to one pet, but accommodations can be made for additional pets when necessary. Please be advised that the $50.00 additional pet fee is based on one pet. Additional pets will require additional pet fee(s). Guest access The entire house (with the exception of the basement utility room (furnace and hot water heater)), screened in porch, back patio landing and back yard with fire pit is yours to enjoy during your visit. Other things to note All kitchen & bath base cabinets and living room entertainment cabinet now have child security latches! Now kid friendly!
