Outside the bed room is dining table that can fit two-four people and a full kitchen good for cooking small meals. We always host with a wide range of equipments; even the uncommon ones such as Hair Dryer, Portable Clothes Dryer, Clothes Steamer, Hangers, Air Fragrances, Can Openers, Bottle Openers, Egg Beaters, Rice Cookers, Microwave, Pans, Caseroles, Wine Glass, Pitcher, Hand Liquid Soap, Body Wash Soap, Shampoo, Dish Washing Detergent, Bidet, Hot Shower, Tissue Papers. Guest access The condominium has a an out door playground, a luxurious lobby, and a breezy swimming pool located at the 5th floor. Swimming is for Tues to Friday only. Other things to note Parking in Landers (which is ground floor of Parksuites) is so expensive, pro tip is to park at Uptown Ritz / Nikkei, this is just beside Parksuites or in Uptown Mall. Parking will be roughly around 300-450 for a 24 hours parking. To sum it up, the best thing about this condo are these three things. 1. Your room's ambiance. 2. Stroll outside, its just very festive and nice to hangout there early in the morning and late in the afternoon or at night. 3. The 5th floor outdoor pool. It's breezy and very relaxing.
