In the countryside, the gîte offers 10 adult beds and 3 children's beds. Work completed in October 2023. Composed of: - 4 bedrooms, including 1 suite on the ground floor, equipped with professional bedding (160 X 200) - 1 "dormitory" with 5 beds (1 bunk bed 90X190), 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed for children (crib) - 1 extra bedroom/office (pull-out bed 180 x 200) - 1 bathroom and 3 showers - 1 living room, new and equipped open kitchen - 1 laundry room Approximately 145 m2. Guest access The suite on the ground floor can accommodate a person with reduced mobility, even if the accommodation is not labeled PRM. A small step (less than 10 centimeters) provides access to the accommodation Other things to note Welcome gift upon check-in. Classified and labeled 3* by the Maine et Loire Tourist Office. Heating is turned off from April 15, except in unusual weather conditions.
