Just a short walk away from the bustling asian culture of Springvale, you can experience this friendly and beautiful neighbourhood Its well suited for people out and about PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SHARED PROPERTY The space As you enter the property, you enter the shared sitting area. When you reach the second level, there is a shared kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with tea and coffee essentials ready for you to use during your stay. Next to the kitchen, there is a balcony for you to relax on. There is also a powder room. On the third floor, you can find your shared-use bathroom and your room. The bathroom is kept in pristine conditions and comes with shampoo, body wash, conditioner and a hair dryer. Your room is on the left. It has been equipped with a desk for you to work at or to get ready in the morning, with a mirror above it. A smart tv has been mounted on the wall for you, already equipped with Netflix. There are two single beds with sheets of an excellent quality. Guest access This is a SHARED property with other guest .
