Your stay includes a comfortable room in our rustic Inn, surrounded by the sites and sounds of our nature sanctuary. Located 34 miles outside of Moab, and centered between the surrounding national parks. Escape from the hustle and bustle of life with a retreat to our charming rural haven. Nestled in the serene country side our airbnb offers a peaceful getaway with the simplicity of country living where fresh air, open spaces, and the soothing sounds of nature replace the urban clamor. Unwind in a cozy setting and rediscover the joy of a slower pace. Your escape from the city awaits! There are 6 comfortable bedrooms to offer, each with their own lock and key and private 3/4 bath. 4 rooms are queen-size, two of which have extra bed options if needed, 1 room has a double-size bed, and 1 room has 2 twin beds. Mount Peale Country Inn invites guests to relax and mingle in the common areas, which include the living room, large dining room, communal kitchen, a large outdoor patio and wrap around porch. We offer a different model than the typical B&B prepared breakfast, so you can better plan your meals in any way befitting your adventure schedule and eating routines. In our large and fully equipped dining room you will hopefully find all you need including complimentary fresh-ground coffee, an assortment of teas, a room specific cupboard for all your shelf-stable items, and a shared refrigerator. There are some convenient food items available (fruit, oatmeals, juices, dry cereal, dairy & non-dairy milks, yogurt, breads and/or pastry items, trail bars, late snacks) especially helpful if you happen to arrive late. Animal Sanctuary: There are several animals on and nearby the lodge property that are being taken care of by the animal sanctuary. Donations are always accepted and appreciated to help care for the animals. If you would like to volunteer your time in caring for these animals during your visit, please let us know. We have information on each of the animals and some of these animals would love your company. Guests are welcome to use the large gas grill on the covered back patio. There is a gas fire table, and wood burning fire pit to enjoy. We ask that you provide bundles of fire wood for each night you plan to have a fire going. As you embark on your stay, we want to provide you with some valuable information to ensure a pleasant experience. Projects and Improvements: Please note, that we may have some small renovations taking place around the property to ensure that we make space as comfortable and convenient for our guests as possible. As of now, none of these renovations will affect your stay, we will let you know as we have any updates. Seasonal Considerations: Please be aware that during the wet months of the year, particularly in Autumn and Early Spring, our charming locale may experience muddy conditions. The beauty of nature comes with occasional muddy spots in the parking lot and driveways due to rain or melting snow. Footwear Recommendation: To fully enjoy your stay, we recommend bringing appropriate footwear, especially if you plan on exploring the outdoors. Waterproof boots or shoes can be particularly handy during these times. Our commitment: Rest assured we are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. CAUTION WHILE DRIVING: There is a 14 mile stretch of road on highway 46 that is known for high volumes of deer crossings. Please be mindful of deer crossing at all times of the day or night.
