It comes complete with two split system both heating/air conditioning units, one in the living/dining, and a second split system heating/air conditioning unit in the back master bedroom, remote controlled fireplace in the living room, other bedrooms have combo fan/heating units. The full contemporary kitchen comes with modern appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. Kitchen Pantry is stocked with complimentary sugar/salt/pepper/oil/tea varieties and some coffee pods for the coffee machine. Things to do and where to eat; The Bridgewater Bay beach entrance is located at few metres away at the end of the street with a swimming beach and a rock jumping platform. Bring some reef/thongs along with you to explore the rock pools at low tide. The local shops, cafes, restaurants are located at the Blairgowrie shopping strip, approx 16 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. Another beach is located across the road from the Blairgowrie shopping strip (Port Phillip bay) . Being at the narrow point of the Mornington Peninsula, you have a choice of front or back beach to enjoy.
