There is a full kitchen, two fireplaces, two washers & dryers, Roku or Blu-ray on the television with surround sound, and a baby grand piano! The outdoor deck is a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. There is a gas grill available. If it gets too warm there are two air conditioners to keep the indoors cool. They are set to come on at 68 degrees, and the downstairs fireplace is set to turn on at 65 degrees, so the inside temperature is always pleasing. With 4,400 square feet, there is plenty of space to spread out. Feel free to bump the temperature up if needed. Everything about the floor plan brings joy, there is something for everyone. The curved breezeway leading to the master bedroom is a purely magical place to experience. It has a king size bed, and each of the four bedrooms downstairs have queen sized beds. All bedding and towels are provided. There is an additional queen size futon, single floor futon, and a baby play pen with removable bassinet & changing table. There are four full bathrooms available, keep in mind they are on a septic system so only small amounts of toilet tissue can be flushed. Please make sure everyone understands. The yard is fully fenced and gated so dogs can run free. There is a chicken coop boasting 4 dozen eggs a week, and the hillside pen currently hosts seven goats, a black sheep! A nice walk down the driveway takes you to the lower fields where there are breathtaking views of Mount Rainier. All pets are welcome, please list specific needs in advance. If creating art is an interest of yours, welcome to Art on the Farm! I offer daily sessions on the pottery wheel, landscape painting, fused glass and much more. The two outdoor studio garages are off limits unless a session is specifically reserved, I would be glad to accommodate. Guest access The whole house and yard is available, pets welcome! Fully fenced and gated. The two garages are off limits unless you decide to sign up for an art session, then we will have a great time in there together! Note: As of October 2025 the Master will be separated from the house, my mother will be living there. Other things to note We sleep 13, 15 if two are willing to use the sofas! Five bedrooms, 4 queens, one king, one queen futon, one single futon. We would love to have you! Iz&Oz
