Overlooking the lake... The studio house, a charming, different, exclusive and cozy place! With unique decoration where pieces of art are mixed with objects that tell travel stories and remnants of wood, paints and brushes, a scene! Everything was done by the owners with an artist's eye, done in a simple way. With the charm of an old workshop and carpentry shop where nature was the inspiration. Enjoy warming up by the fireplace or the sunset and moonlight in the 7-seat spa facing a lake. The space The house is integrated with nature, facing and with access to Pinhal Lake. Full of charm, art and culture, with high ceilings, a living room with a fireplace and deck. The covered outdoor barbecue is on the deck integrated into the house, and the deck has a spa for 7 people with an amazing view of the lake. The owner is a visual artist, and the house is her studio. The house studio is made of wood, rustic, simple and comfortable, where the decor mixes pieces of wood, art and travel objects. On the upper floor: A bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom (master suite) and lake view. A bedroom with a double bed, a toilet and a view of the lake. A bedroom with a double bed without a bathroom/toilet and a view of the garden. 2 single beds on the open mezzanine (check for the possibility of an extra person in this case). On the ground floor: Full bathroom Kitchen Dining and living room. Integrated TV room. Deck with 7-seat spa and barbecue. Ideal for photos, pre-wedding and fashion and decoration catalogs. Consult prices for these purposes, we do not authorize the disclosure of commercial images without prior authorization. Guest access We do not give access to the back of the house where the owner's studio and carpentry shop are located. Other things to note We are located on the land next to a small Mountain Village full of charm and art. In this Parador da Montanha Village, there is a small grocery store with local products and basic necessities where you can buy, for example, eggs, sausage, wines, beers, etc., and also a Community Garden. On weekends, you can enjoy breakfast in Vila do Parador da Montanha (separate costs). You must BOOK in advance directly with the Parador da Montanha staff. We offer (on SATURDAYS) a delicious breakfast for up to 6 (six) people, already included in the reservation. On weekdays and weekends, it is possible to hire breakfast baskets for delivery to the Ranch with a third-party company (check availability). As it is in front of a large lake, in summer it is possible to practice water sports, swim in the lake and go to the nearby waterfalls. Kayak rentals, stand up and boat tours are made by outsourced companies and paid separately. We also rent the space for scenarios, photographs, catalogs, small weddings, etc., please contact us to check prices for these purposes.
