The second room has two 90cm beds and the other bathroom right in front. Both rooms have built-in closets, hangers, and air conditioning/heating in both rooms. We have a travel crib where a baby can sleep. The living room has a sofa bed(someone else can sleep perfectly), an armchair, a side table in addition to a large table with 6 chairs to eat. Air-conditioned. The apartment has a terrace with spectacular views to the pool. This terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and hot water. Guest access The apartment is rented completely, in addition to the garage space available for free. The swimming pool will be possible to use it at the times established by the apartment community, from June to the 15th of September. The apartment is located on third line at the beach. Next door has the Playaballena hotel, a children's park, and the beach bar El Poniente. Nearby is also the lake with the ducks, and the golf course nearby. Definitely an ideal place to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation with your family or to work being at the side of the beach. Other things to note The tenants will leave the apartment in perfect condition, just as they entered it and signed their agreement upon arrival that both the appliances and kitchenware that we make at your disposal are in perfect condition. - All tenants greater than 16 will be requested by DNI or similar, and such documentation will be sent to the national police.
