The space Our apartment is located in the Costa Ballena complex, between Rota and Chipiona, perfect for walking or cycling along the many bike lanes available. The apartment's location is amazing, with access to the main avenue, next to the Playaballena hotel and just a 3-minute walk to the beach (third beach line). The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 4 people in the existing beds. There is a double bedroom with a double bed and that room has a private bathroom. The second room has two 90cm beds and the other bathroom is right across the hall. Both rooms have built-in closets, hangers and air conditioning/heating in both rooms. We also have a travel crib where a baby can sleep. The living room has a sofa bed (another person can sleep perfectly), an armchair, a side table as well as a large table with 6 chairs for eating. Air-conditioned. The apartment has a terrace with spectacular views of the pool. This terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and hot water. Guest access The apartment is rented in full, plus the garage space available for free. The pool will be available for use during the hours established by the apartment community, from June 15 to September 15. The apartment is located on the third beach line. Next to it is the Playaballena hotel, a children's park and the El Poniente beach bar. Nearby is also the lake with the ducks, and the golf course is very close. Definitely an ideal place to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation with your family or to work while being next to the beach. Other things to note The tenant(s) will leave the apartment in perfect condition, just as they entered it and will sign upon arrival their agreement that both the appliances and utensils that we make available to them are in perfect condition. - Identification will be requested from all tenants over 16 years of age by means of a DNI or similar, and said documentation will be sent to the national police.
