The building sits on a peaceful property shared with our friend Chris, who lives in the main house and is here to help if anything comes up. Downtown Asheville is about 15 minutes away. Nearby essentials include a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a local café, all within a few minutes' drive. Enjoy rolling hills, mountain views, and cool evenings, with the Blue Ridge Parkway and greenways just minutes off. We currently live out of state, but you’ll be in great hands with Chris during your stay. He’s easygoing, respectful, and shares the space with his sweet dog, Ryder.
