Entire duplex! Walk to lifts!

Your group will have plenty of space when you rent this entire duplex. Both sides have 2 bedrooms, all with different bed configurations. The duplex is close to everything location wise. It is a short walk to the lifts on Peak 9, the Village, and Main Street. There is a hot tub and plenty of backyard space. Both kitchens are fully stocked and you’ll have 2 washers and dryers. Ample parking space is also provided with 2 large driveways. The space This property is just as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside. It is an entire duplex with a 2br/1.5 bath with a king bed in one and queen in another on one side, and a 2br/2 bath in the other with a king in one room and a queen and full over full bunk beds in the other. Everything else about the 2 units are fairly identical. They are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom with a private door for the shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll ever need. Off the downstairs hallway there is a bathroom, on one side an additional shower, and beyond that is a laundry room with a brand new Samsung washer & dryer. The dining room, along with the living room has views of the forest and park you’re surrounded by. The tv has cable along with being equipped with all streaming apps. We offer an air mattress at request. Off of the living rooms the back patios have unobstructed views of Warriors Mark Park. Blue river runs through, which you can hear from the patio. In the summer there is a grill, picnic table, couch, and fire pit to ensure you’re enjoying the outdoors as much as possible. During both the summer and winter you’ll have a private hot tub outside of the door. We have a big private lawn to enjoy and the park behind the house also has grills next to the river. The driveway can fit 4 cars nicely if you all drive separately. Service dogs have been in the home, as well as some exceptions for others.
