The little seed is the name of our house! it is a great vacation spot for families or groups of friends. Family house of 250 m2, renovated with care, on a beautiful plot of 18 hectares with a large part of the forest . Not overlooked Charm , comfort, relaxation and assured sharing it is ideal to accommodate between 3 or 4 families with children (sleeps 15) we have 6 bedrooms and a dorm area. The space We have 6 rooms to offer you - 4 with a 160 cm bed ( possibility on one to separate a bed in 2 of 90 cm) - 1 with 2 single beds called "library area"  - 1 with 160 bed and clack in the bedroom , sleeps 4 ( possibility also to separate the bed 160 into 2 single beds ) - another room that can be called dorm is composed of 4 beds This last room is actually the living room of a T2 adjoining the house , where is one of the rooms mentioned , so this apartment can accommodate 8 beds , ideal if you want to group children for example. In summary: - an apartment with 8 beds - 4 double bedrooms with 160 cm beds - 1 library room with 2 Single beds Guest access Big parking lot for multiple cars, Living room, dining room, billiard room, and outdoor terrace. Private pool Other things to note We inform you that the pool is not fenced, only an alarm is installed, but often deactivated by vacationers. It's imperative that the kids know how to swim.
