Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony with a gas grill. The Schanze, Kiez, harbor as well as U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains are within walking distance. If required, the parking space in the underground garage can be used. The space Our apartment is located on Skt.Pauli between Kiez and Schanze. Due to the rear location towards the expansive courtyard, it is as quiet as in the countryside despite the central location. Only during home games of FC Skt.Pauli can you hear on the balcony what is happening in the stadium. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping in the area. Sights such as the Michel, Planten and Blomen, the Millerntor Stadium and the Heiligengeistfeld are within walking distance. We live here most of the time ourselves and like our neighbors.
