Please download check in guide for the access. ● In the mailbox, you will find the room key in a key box. ★Check in and Check out Time ● Check in Time: 16:00 (You can drop your luggage after 12:00.) ● Check out Time: 10:00 (Please return the room key to the mail box.) ★Late check out ● Late check-out fee of 3,000 JPY per hour applies until 12:00 noon. ● Please arrange late check out with host latest 18:00 1 day in advance. Other things to note ★Attention ● Replacement fee for lost key: 15,000JPY ● Please respect the neighbors and the environment. Please make no noise and keep silent after 9PM. ● No smoking is allowed in the apartment. Or there will be a penalty of 50,000JPY. You can smoke in front of convenience stores. ● No shoes in the apartment (slippers are provided) ● No pets allowed. ● Paid parking space can be found nearby. ● Don’t put the garbage (rubbish) outside the apartment. Will charge 15,000JPY as a penalty. ● Don't trash suit case, electronic products in trash room. In Japan, a fee applies upon disposal of these products. If you need to trash these kinds of products, please contact host and pay respective fee. ● If the room is too messy (such as unwashed kitchen appliances, plates, bowls, cutlery etc.), extra cleaning fee will be charged. ● Please pack and classify rubbish (combustible. non-combustible / plastic), PET, can, glass ● Please do not use the blankets and pillows in the sealed bag in the closet (if any).
