Only 10 minutes walking distance from our world famous Venice Beach, about 25 min to Santa Monica. You can hear the waves of the Pacific Ocean at night, walk to fantastic restaurants and wine bars on Abbot Kinney or Washington Blvd. - all within 10 minutes. This is the first time we have ever written this description… You will have access to the following: A beautiful, brand new, modern bedroom with a super comfortable Queen size bed, big screen 55” TV, wardrobe, small desk, and blackout curtains. A Traditional living room with a comfortable sofa (can be converted to queen size bed), 42” TV to relax after a day about town or excursions to the many interesting attractions within an hour driving radius; or enjoy a leisurely breakfast or meal at the dining room table. You can sit outside in the peaceful garden under the umbrella with your favorite coffee or cool beverage. You’ll have fast, safe mesh internet at your disposal, extending into the garden. There are plenty of restaurants from traditional American to French, Italian, Middle-eastern, Thai, Vegetarian, or California cuisine - all within 10 to 15 min safe walking distance. If you prefer to prepare your own meals, there’s a fully stocked kitchen with full range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dinnerware, cooking utensils, etc. (though no dishwasher). A full size (small) bathroom with all the amenities from soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer. Anything you might need, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you. Public transportation is literally around the corner on Venice Blvd., about 5 min walking. We are located about 20-30 min from LAX by car, taxi, Uber or Lyft. This beautiful back house has no street access, but you enter through the alley. This alley is well lit, and very safe; everybody who lives in the parallel street enters their homes through this alley. You can drive up to the back entrance to unload your suitcases (smart locks all the way from garden entrance to your temporary home). There is free street parking in surrounding streets. Guest access This are of Venice is called the “Silver Triangle”. We are located between Venice Blvd and Washington Blvd, and between Abbot Kinney Blvd and Ocean Avenue (1 Block EAST of Ocean Avenue) Dear guest, Please do NOT go to 2319 Beach Avenue; the Airbnb is located in the back house (2319 Ocean Court) The entrance to the property is through the ALLEY, Ocean Court, and the property has the number 2319 stenciled on the back gate - right next to the door that has 2 big blue X painted. You can drive and temporarily leave your car in the alley to unload your luggage, however, there is NO PARKING in the alley. Registration Details HSR23-001347
