The space * Please note that this property is located on the 4th floor of an old building built in 1988 and there is no elevator. * The maximum occupancy is 4 people. No additional guests other than the reserved number of guests are allowed. * If additional people/visitors other than the number of people reserved enter the room, all guests will be moved out without a refund. * Parties and events are allowed, but be mindful of noise! (No noise after 11pm) * Rooftop use is until 10pm. Please be aware of the noise so as not to damage the surrounding residential area, and please clean up the tables, chairs, and lighting after use. * Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 11am * The password for the accommodation entrance door will be notified 15 minutes before check-in. * Early check-in/Late check-out not possible. * The cleaning manager arrives 10 minutes after the check-out time. * Please lock the windows and doors when going out. * We are not responsible for any safety incidents or lost items caused by the guest's negligence. * Please open only the window with the mosquito net installed. * Please use the boiler as it is set.
