Our accommodations have the capacity to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. With five well-appointed bathrooms, there will be no shortage of convenience and comfort during your stay. Located on the ground floor, we have the Tru Blu suite, this generously sized bedroom on the first floor is complete with a queen size bed and a bathroom specifically designed to cater to individuals with disabilities. This thoughtful accommodation ensures that everyone can enjoy a comfortable and accessible stay. On the second floor, we have the Drift Suite, our luxurious master suite featuring a king size bed. Additionally, there is the High Tide Suite with a queen size bed and the Breezy Suite with two queen sized beds. Each of these three rooms on the second floor offers a terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed WiFi. Each room also features a 55-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. For additional guest, the main living room and second floor living room also features a pullout sofa with a comfortable queen size bed. This retreat boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining area both inside and outside, allowing you to enjoy your meals with a view. For the ultimate relaxation, we invite you to unwind in our gazebo, complete with lounge chairs, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Our spacious yard provides private beach access, where you can witness the beauty of both the sunrise and sunset. The property comfortably sleeps maximum of 14 guest, but please note that there is an additional fee per guest, per night after 10 guests. Please note there is no air conditioner in the common areas. Air Conditioners are in all the bedrooms. To ensure your safety, we have installed security cameras on the property. There is one camera on each corner of the house, covering both the front and backyard. Additionally, there is a security monitor inside the house that allows guests to access live footage from around the property. Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost, up to four cars maxmium. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Our property is a private residence with secured fencing around the property in a residential area. The main gate is kept locked at all times. Transportation is provided at an additional cost upon request. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house, please utilize the outside patio for smoking, disregard buds in ash trays provided. Do Not place buds inside the trash. Smoking fee will incur a $250 Fine/Fee for cleaning. No parties allowed. $250 Fine/Fee Small Gatherings allowed upon host approval. No glitter, Sprinkles, adhesive tape or silly strings. $100 Damage Fee. No Standing or Jumping on the furniture. Damages will incur a fee depending on the severity of the damage. Please be careful not to get makeup on the rugs, towels, sheets and furniture, if this does occur during your stay please don't hesitate to inform the host immediately. This will not incur a fee if reported in a timely manner. The Host will only communicate with the Guest who booked. Please respect the space and leave it the way the host welcomed you. Late check out fee $50 beginning at 12pm. Late check out is permitted upon host approval. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces except studio in rear, where groundskeeper resides. Other things to note: Pets are not allowed at the property and we don't have any pets. However, the next-door neighbor has dogs that sometimes bark! We also occasionally see one or two local cats on the property. Take precautions to ensure they don't get into the kitchen. Please don't keep any food or candies in your room and bags, as ants find them. Lizards are also part of the local environment, but you might see the occasional one on the walls, they are harmless.
