Located in Fontenoille, between Ardenne and Gaume, this charming cottage is the perfect place for a getaway for couples, families or groups of friends. The workshop offers 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a large bright living room with exposed stones, wood stove and large bay window. Old barn renovated in a warm cocoon, it accommodates up to 4 people (+ sofa). From the entrance, you will enjoy its unique atmosphere. The space The Atelier is an old barn completely renovated into a 3-star cottage combining authentic charm and modern comfort. You will enjoy a large bright living room with exposed stones, wood stove and large bay window overlooking the village. The kitchen is fully equipped and both bedrooms offer quality bedding. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a walk-in shower. Everything is planned for a cozy and relaxing stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property as well as the facilities listed in the listing. Private parking, easy to access, is available just in front of the cottage. Private or staff-only spaces are clearly marked and are not accessible. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Other things to note For organizational reasons, check-in is only on Mondays or Fridays between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. The accommodation is rated 3 stars and is perfectly equipped for 4 people (+ sofa bed for 2 extra guests). The wood-burning stove can be used in season: wood is available. No animals allowed and the accommodation is non-smoking. Weekend advantage For stays ending on a Sunday, enjoy a late check-out until 6 p.m., to fully extend your weekend and leave without stress. On other days, check-out is at 10 a.m.
