Hang out by your private, heated (on request) pool, or take a quick stroll down the road to one of the most stunning beach access points on 30A. Take one of the provide bikes or golf cart to the beach or enjoy the included standup paddle board to have some fun in the sun on Eastern Lake! With beautiful Lake Views, and actually so close to the beach that you can hear the surf from one both of the balcony and porches, this custom-built and tastefully decorated home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bath. The Master King Suite on the first floor is perfect for those who have trouble with stairs! Complete with a King Bed, private bathroom with stunning walk-in shower and soaking tub, as well as double vanity sinks.  Don't forget the office with desk and printer, perfect for the workaholic who just has to get stuff done on vacation!  This room also has a private, covered patio with plenty of seating and views of the Eastern Lake! The second floor holds another King Master Suite, with yet another beautiful en-suite with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities.  Smart TV's in every bedroom means no fighting over the remote on this trip!  Upstairs, you'll also find the Junior Master King Suite (with private bathroom with walk-in shower), this bedroom also contains a Queen-size Murphy bed, in case your party needs the extra bed-space. Finally, the Bunk Room, with custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (the perfect place for the kid's to hang out) shares a bathroom with the final King Guest Room. The dining room table holds seating for ten, with an additional six seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is a cook’s dream! Guest access Parking & Transportation: - Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the garage (Note: Garage is reserved for the golf cart, workout equipment, and other outdoor accessories). - Bicycles: Enjoy 6 adult bikes to explore 30A in style (Amenity Fee applies at Checkout). - Golf Cart: 6-Seater Golf Cart provided with each reservation to bike to the beach (Amenity Fee applies at Checkout). Other things to note Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25. Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property. No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC. Pool Heating Information: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $50+tax per day. Heating is only offered from October 1st to May 15th. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. The pool will be heated to a maximum temperature of 80°F, and in colder weather, the temperature may be slightly lower. Please note that this temperature cannot be adjusted beyond the 80°F limit. Tampering with the pool heating system without explicit written approval from the Management Company is strictly prohibited and may result in an additional fee. We kindly ask that guests refrain from altering the settings or equipment. In compliance with state law, all windows and doors that lead to the pool area are equipped with safety alarms. Exterior Surveillance Notice: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area (if applicable). These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.
