Code will be last 4 digits of phone number used to book reservation. Guests will have access to entire home and property during their stay. Other things to note The HOA of this neighborhood has introduced more strict policies against excessive noise & street parking. RULES ON NOISE LEVELS: Out of general courtesy for the neighbors, it is required that any outdoor noise be at a respectable “normal” sound level without any excessively loud voices, screaming, loud music, etc. This home is located in a safe family-friendly neighborhood & should NOT be considered for any louder party groups. Some of the immediate neighbors work from their home offices and need to not be disturbed. Any noise complaints may result in immediate guest removal from the property without reimbursement. It is requested that quiet hours start after 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. PARKING RULES: This property can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, 2 compact/midsize in garage (no more than 17 feet long in garage) and 2 parking spaces in driveway. Any vehicles parked on the street against the curb for long durations may be subjected to towing at guest expense. The HOA has enforced strict parking rules for any vehicles on the streets. Only the vehicles of other residents of the neighborhood that have authorized parking permits from the HOA are allowed to park on the streets.
