This property is in a quiet sunny area of the park but within a minute's walk to the promenade, giving easy access to Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay. The space The property has a light airy feel as you enter and is decorated in soft colours, giving it a feeling of luxury. The master bedroom has a double bed with a nice array of wardrobes, a large dressing table unit and an ensuite toilet. The second bedroom has two small single beds. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster and Bosch coffee machine. The lounge has plenty of fixed seating and patio doors lead out to the decking area, where there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining or just simply having a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The family bathroom has a step in shower, toilet and basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included, however, please bring your own beach/pool towels. There is free WiFi, a flat screen TV, DVD player in the lounge and the main bedroom has a small TV. Sandpiper welcomes one well behaved adult dog and the local beach adjacent to Sandhills Park allows dogs all year round and other neighbouring beaches from October to April.
