As you enter the apartment, you will walk right into an open-concept living room with a sofa that can pull out into a queen-sized bed, a circular coffee table, and a SmartTV to log in to your streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and PrimeTV. There is a full kitchen with a oven, stove top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a dining area available to prepare and enjoy your meals. One of the two bedrooms is immediately to your right as you enter. This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a closet to hang your clothing, and a washer/dryer available to use. The second bedroom can be located at the back left of the apartment and also offers a queen-sized bed and closet. The bathroom has been updated with subway tile, glass shower doors, and a single vanity. Guest access Please enter the property from the alley between E Patterson St and E Charles Street. Please utilize the (1) dedicated grass space for parking. Other things to note There is a blue house at the front of the property (this is NOT the apartment you will be staying in). The apartment studio is located on the first floor of the two-story building located at the back of the property. No smoking is allowed in or on the property. A $300 fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.
