Located within the enchanting traditional village of Spartylas, famous for its breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea and being awarded as the “balcony of the upmarket North-East coast of Corfu”, Villa Azur Natura is a brand new and stylish holiday home with private pool, finished to the highest specifications, and able to accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Nothing has been left to the case in Villa Azur Natura: relax in the fully air-conditioned interiors, enjoy a drink at sunset while admiring the breathtaking views, dive by the pool, read a book while the world goes by: this will be a holiday to remember! Inside, the villa is set over 3 floors and measures the impressive size of 220sqm. Modern décor blends with functionality and precious materials such as marble and iroko wood to provide a truly unparalleled holiday experience. Entrance, from one of the paved alleys of the village is onto the main floor which comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a huge sea-facing lounge with comfortable sofas, large smart tv, desk, a useful WC. Large patio doors open to the front and side pool terrace offering unforgettable sea views. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, where the master bedroom suite with its own bathroom is located. Private terraces once again provide unobstructed views over the village of Spartylas, the sea stretching up to Corfu Town and the green hills. The further 3 bedrooms, all opening onto sea view terraces, are located on the lower floor. The double bedroom has its own bathroom while the remaining 2 bedrooms, both twins, share a large bathroom with both bathtub and shower. On the lower level there is also a laundry room. For the comfort of the guests the interiors, including lounge area, are fully air conditioned. Oustide, extensive terraces beautifully furnished and perfectly lit offer the most sensational over the sea. The views stretch all over the coast up to Corfu Town and Pontikonisi Island. The inviting private pool is the perfect spot for a refreshing dip, and comfortable sunbeds / pouffs / shades are provided for endless relaxation under the Corfiot sun. A barbecue and outdoor dining area are also provided. Despite being the property located within a village, guests will have at their disposal a private parking space for 2 cars. Access to the property is via a footpath from the main road / parking area therefore peace is guaranteed both at day and at night. Being the access via a pedestrian halley, the property is not accessible for guests with restricted mobility. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, pool towels, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental price. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
