Beautiful farmhouse in Joaquim Egídio Campinas countryside SP

The ranch has an excellent location with easy access, it is 100 km from SP Capital, 14 km from Campinas. A FAMILY space, where the house is in the middle of the woods, fully preserved, with lots of flowers and fruit trees. The ranch has caretakers. Our water comes straight from the spring, which supplies the entire house and swimming pool. In our outdoor area we have: a lake near the residence, a suspended dollhouse, chapel, swimming pool, barbecue facing the woods and a beach tennis court. The space It comfortably accommodates 13 people in 5 bedrooms, and we have 3 bathrooms (Our bathtub is only decorative). There are also 2 living rooms, both with a fireplace and TV (CABLE). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove and appliances (coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster and blender). Our laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside the house there is a brewery, freezer and traditional American barbecue (Char - Broil). In the barbecue area facing the woods, we have a complete barbecue grill, minibar, and refrigerator. We also have a beach tennis court, where we provide 4 (four) rackets and 4 (four) balls. We also provide 1 portable crib. Guest access The guest will have access to: * House; * Pool; * Lake; * Barbecue grill; * Dollhouse and * Beach tennis court. Other things to note Additional Rules; - We only rent for 24-hour periods, check-in and check-out to be agreed upon. - We charge the cleaning fee to keep the house clean. We kindly ask that you do not leave any uncovered trash or any leftover food around the house at checkout. - We suggest separating organic and recyclable waste. - Our space is family-friendly and also supplied by mine water, we do not accept events over 40 people. (During the rental period, we ONLY allow 1 day for celebration with a maximum of 40 people due to our supply). - WE DO NOT ALLOW FIREWORKS AND BONFIRES. - DO NOT throw cigarette butts around the place, in addition to the risk of fire we have animals walking around the space. We have ashtrays available. - Due to the dry season, we DO NOT allow water-filled toys. - Moderate sound, after 10 p.m. keep ambient sound, more people live on the property. - If for any reason you need to remove the furniture from the place, please put it back as you found it before checkout. - We DO NOT offer bed and bath linens, we only rent the space. - All kitchen utensils such as appliances and gas are included in the rental. We offer towels, tablecloths, and dishcloths. - The site does NOT have Wi-Fi and we also do not have a landline, the 3G signal of all operators works perfectly. - We kindly ask you to close the chapel at night because of the wild animals on the premises. - We only accept 1 pet, CONSULT BEFORE BOOKING. The pet is the sole responsibility of its owner. - WE DO NOT ALLOW people to enter beyond what is agreed on the website. - We offer 4 (four) Beach Tennis balls, please use them only during the game. - CHILDREN are the sole and exclusive responsibility of parents or companions in the entire area of the site, including the swimming pool. - In the pool area we do not allow any type of glass, we have acrylic available. - We do not allow you to change the amount of water in the pool.
