Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience for all guests. Kitchen: Enjoy our equipped American kitchen, including an oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a relaxing view of the pool and mountains. Living room: The living room, with an insert fireplace and balcony, offers panoramic views of the sea, forest and mountain. Garden: Our lush garden includes an inviting swimming pool and two terraces, offering perfect spaces to relax, cool off and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Roof: One of the jewels of this property is the 360° view from the roof, offering a breathtaking panorama of Rafraf, Sounine, the sea, the mountain and the forest. Other things to note Activities nearby: For sports enthusiasts, a Padel court is nearby. The area is also ideal for mountain hikes. The beach is within a 10-minute walk for athletes, but we recommend the car for children and the elderly. Access and Parking: Please note that the access road to the villa is not fully paved, adding to its rustic charm. A private garage is available, although access can be a little tricky. This villa is perfect for those looking to escape to a natural setting, while having access to modern amenities.
