Inside, you’ll find a breezy open-concept layout with plenty of natural light, warm wood tones, and carefully selected décor that strikes a balance between laid-back beach vibes and elevated comfort. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, while the inviting living space offers a cozy spot to lounge after a day in the sun. With two serene bedrooms and a spa-inspired bathroom, every inch of this home has been curated for comfort and relaxation. Guest access There are 4 total units located at this property– 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor and one on the top floor! There is assigned parking for each unit on the premises. Other things to note 1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit 2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB 3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC. 4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period. 5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. 6. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)
