Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage, which is reserved for our vehicle and motorcycles which we ask to keep close at all times during your stay. However, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the garage during your stay. Please note that the pool is serviced between Friday and Monday, depending on holidays. The lawn maintenance occurs on the same schedule, and trash removal typically takes place on Friday mornings. This information is especially relevant for guests with longer stays. For your convenience, the trash bins are located inside the garage for your use. Other things to note By booking this property you acknowledge and agree that it is professionally managed by Liz Delgado of Florida Home Sweet Stay and operates as a State of Florida–licensed vacation rental. Your reservation constitutes full acceptance of the terms, conditions, and House Rules below. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, cancellation without refund, removal from the property, and/or claims for damages as permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law. Reservation and Occupancy - The person who makes the reservation must be present for the entire stay. Third‑party bookings or reservations made on behalf of others are strictly prohibited and will be cancelled without refund. - Maximum occupancy is eight (8) registered guests, inclusive of adults, children, and infants. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - Any additional visitors or overnight guests require prior written approval from the Host. Unauthorized occupancy will be treated as a material breach of this agreement. Use and Conduct - This home is intended for family and leisure use only. Parties, events, large gatherings, or any activity that disrupts neighbors are strictly prohibited. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Guests must respect neighbors and community rules at all times. - The garage is not available for parking or storage. It may be accessed only for washer/dryer use and disposal of household trash/recycling and must remain closed at all times. Prohibited Items and Activities - No smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, or any tobacco products inside the home, garage, screened pool enclosure, or on the surrounding property. - No pets are permitted due to severe owner allergies. Pool, Safety, and Risk - The private screened pool is available only to registered guests. The pool is not heated. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk. - Guests are responsible for complying with all safety rules and for the conduct of their party. Security and Privacy - Exterior security devices are installed and disclosed in accordance with Airbnb policies and Florida law. Devices include a Google Doorbell with audio/video recording and exterior cameras monitoring each side of the home and the backyard/pool area. There are no interior cameras. Damages, Cleaning, and Charges - Guests are financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized occupancy, or violations of the House Rules caused by themselves or members of their party. The Host reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment method for costs incurred, subject to Airbnb’s policies. Check-In / Check-Out - Check-In: 4:00 PM. Check-Out: 11:00 AM. - Requests for late check-out must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and require written approval from the Host.
