Vacation home Erna's Hygge

Ernas Hygge is a holiday home that invites you to relax, feel good and have a cozy get-together with its Scandinavian decor - in keeping with the tradition of Erna, our grandmother. The house is surrounded by a large garden with old fruit trees. Ernas Hygge is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips to discover the great landscape of the Odenwald. The surrounding cities of Frankfurt, Darmstadt and Heidelberg also offer the possibility for day trips. The space The cottage has 120 square meters of living space, which are spread over the first floor and the attic. The two bedrooms are located on the top floor (1 double bed / 1 double bed + 1 single bed). The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a spacious shower. There is a separate toilet on each of the two floors. The living room consists of a large dining area with a fireplace and a TV area (optically separated by a large passage), from which you can also access the terrace (garden table + 5 chairs + 2 garden loungers). The kitchen is very well equipped. Baking and cooking are easily possible. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing utensils and dryer. Each room has a smoke detector, in addition there is a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher in the house. Since the house has a fireplace and a range hood with exhaust air function in the kitchen, a carbon monoxide detector is also installed. Guest access The entrance to the house is accessible via stairs. Other things to note 1. Important for parents: The garden is not fenced and the village street runs in front of the house (speed limit 30 km/h). 2. For cyclists/mountain bikers: The house has a lockable garage. 3. Use of the garden and play equipment at your own risk
