Couples will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Open floor plan offers a King size bed to relax in while additional guests or kids can sleep on the pull-out queen sofa bed. Water, snacks, and granola bars are provided in the efficient kitchen area. Centrally located, it’s walking distance to the area shops, museums, and restaurants. Area wineries are approximately a 20-25 minute drive. This is a downtown above apartment with views of town. The space The loft is a 1500 sq ft of open space. The bedroom is located on a platform area separated by a railing and three steps from the common area. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. A dining table with seating for 6 is located across from the kitchenette. The remaining area consists of a recliner, pull-out couch, loveseat, and desk. The apartment is up approximately 18 steps. There is an outside balcony, however we ask of guests not to walk onto it. There is one camera located at the bottom of the stairwell through the main entrance of building for security purposes. This is located outside of the apartment itself. Guest access Main door off N. Park and 18 steps up leading to the apartment. Other things to note No smoking, animals, or parties allowed and any additional guests must be registered. There will be an additional charge added if policy is broken. Traffic noise can be expected and stairs to the apartment. There is one camera located at the bottom of the stairwell through the main entrance of building for security purposes.
