Quiet neighbor in a small respectful community. There's plenty of site seeing, near by colleges, churches, shopping centers, and hospitals are just 10/20 minutes away from the home. You have total access to the home except the other bedrooms and garage. This is a four bedroom home and the rental room is on the first floor, all other rooms are vacant. I do travel a lot so you may not see much of me. I'm available 24/7 via email, text or call. The space The bedroom, 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and living is on the first floor, your master bathroom is on the second. This is a peaceful space, great work space. Guest access You have access to everything except the other three bedrooms and garage. Please respect the home and keep it clean.
