Casa Vittoria, the house in the woods

We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. The space The accommodation is completely renovated, it is located on the ground floor of the house where we live. Coming out of the window you will find in order: the covered patio, the lawn, the woods. No tv available. The upper bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old due to the risk of falls. The lower bunk bed does not have a safety rail. No infant equipment is available. The spaces are considered suitable and safe for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children aged 2 to 12. For the above reasons, reservations with different components than those indicated will not be accepted. We aim to offer friendly hospitality. We'd like to offer a memorable experience, not only through comfortable accommodations but also through helping you discover the surrounding area, getting to know each other and, if the opportunity arises, exchanging ideas. Guest access Arriving from the road you find the paved entrance and then a wooden fence overlooking the lawn. The spaces beyond the fence (accommodation, patio, lawn) are freely accessible. The lawn, for maintenance and other reasons, is not for your exclusive access but we will take care of respecting your tranquility. In the lawn there is currently a house for some chickens who live with us and are usually free: we will keep them in their closed run during your visit. Other things to note Special requests: If you like we are available, compatibly with our commitments, to accompany you on an easy excursion on foot from home to Ruffrè little lakes, through the woods, maybe organizing a picnic. During the warm season we can go for a bike ride together, along the cycle ring that connects the villages. Let us know, without obligation!
